A Practice of Returning
Transformation doesn’t begin with becoming someone new.
It begins with understanding the relationship we already have… with our attention, our body, our thoughts, our energy, and our experience of being alive.
Through one-on-one practice mentorship, I support you in cultivating a deeper relationship with yourself through yoga philosophy, embodied practice, and contemplative inquiry.
This work isn’t about collecting more information, but about creating the conditions through which understanding becomes lived.
What We Explore
How attention gathers, scatters, and influences the way we perceive and engage with life.
attention
Learning to listen to sensation, breath, movement, and the wisdom expressed through embodiment.
embodiment
Understanding thoughts, patterns, memories, and conditioning… not as who we are, but as movements within experience.
mind as an inner instrument
Exploring how energy, state, attention, and intention influence the way we meet ourselves, others, and the world.
energy + relationship
Cultivating a conscious practice that emerges from your own relationship with life, rather than following a prescribed formula.

My Approach
I don’t position myself outside of this work.
I am inside it… practicing, studying, questioning, and refining the language through which these teachings can be shared.
My role as a mentor isn’t to tell you who you are.
It’s to support you in cultivating the awareness, attention, and practice through which you can discover your own relationship with experience.
Yoga offers the map.
Your lived experience is the terrain. Together, we explore the relationship between the two.
The Invitation
The practice begins with attention.
Where does it gather?
What does it reveal?
What patterns become visible?
What becomes possible when we begin to meet experience differently?
Slow down.
Gather yourself.
Return to what is true.
