Why Spiritual Awakening Must Include the Body

The Body Is the Way Through

This reflection explores the body's role in spiritual awakening, embodiment, integration, and energy work.

Many people on a spiritual path have language, insight, awareness, and information, yet still feel that something has not fully landed. This piece speaks to the difference between understanding a pattern and actually embodying it.

Rather than treating the body as an obstacle to awakening, this episode invites a return to the body as the ground of spiritual practice. It speaks to the importance of state, capacity, slowness, and conscious relationship with what is moving through us.

This episode also creates the foundation for a deeper conversation on the current energetic climate, including Admetos, and the places where energy feels compressed, still, contained, or waiting to move through the body.

Awakening is not only about realizing something.
It is about becoming able to live what has been realized.
